By accessing or using LuminoxoProxies ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LuminoxoProxies provides access to US-based mobile proxy services. Proxies are provided on a time-limited basis according to the plan selected at checkout. Plans include Half-Day (12 hours), Daily (24 hours), Weekly (7 days), and Monthly (30 days).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activity under applicable law
  • Sending spam, phishing, or conducting fraud
  • Distributing malware or conducting DDoS attacks
  • Violating the terms of service of any third-party platform
  • Any activity that harms LuminoxoProxies or its infrastructure

Violation of acceptable use policies will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. All sales are final — see our Return Policy for details.

5. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily interrupt service. No compensation will be provided for brief outages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with LuminoxoProxies are the property of Luminoxo Services. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuminoxoProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
